Body: Check out the green smoothie I posted in the recipes group. I think it's an awesome one in terms of taste, flexibility (hot, cold, add stuff, etc), digestibility, and nutrition.
Mind: I've recently read "Born to Run", "Happiness Project", and "Play to Win." Happiness and Play will help move your mind into the big picture. Born is just fun!
I'm one week into my recovery for a meniscus tear so I know how rough it is. Hang in there!
