Does anyone have any great ideas for a smoothie that doesn't involve too much work and ingredients? That tastes good and includes a Vega mix.

I usually add two different kinds of fruit like banana and frozen strawberries. Next I'll add some greens like Kale and/or spinach.
Thanks...I'll try both ideas! I actually do both already but not with the specifics.
Coconut water makes every smoothie combo delicious. My favorite right now is mango with berry vega and rice milk plus a little ice. Simple and yummy!

Our family's fave smoothie is our Choco-Nutty Monkey:

2 scoops of Chocolate Vega WFHO
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter
1 cup of hemp, rice or almond milk
1 cup of water
1/2 cup ice

Blend well together (ideally in a Vitamix) and enjoy! Makes 2 big smoothies. We double this recipe and make it for our whole family (2 adults + 3 small children) every morning. Kid approved with zero refusals over the past 5 years!

Here are my favs...i add maca for evening smoothies

Smoothie infusion
half medium papaya or 2 large mangoes
coconut water

Smoothie infusion
almond milk
cacao nibs
mint leaves
Coconut water
Romaine lettuce
Whole food concentrate neutral flavor

Mix well in blender and vary amounts based on serving size.
Meant to write whole food health optimizer...not concentrate
Mango is also great in smoothies - sweet and creamy.

I second the recommendations for banana. And, I love adding greens.

Ginger is fun, too. :)
