Our family's fave smoothie is our Choco-Nutty Monkey:
2 scoops of Chocolate Vega WFHO
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter
1 cup of hemp, rice or almond milk
1 cup of water
1/2 cup ice
Blend well together (ideally in a Vitamix) and enjoy! Makes 2 big smoothies. We double this recipe and make it for our whole family (2 adults + 3 small children) every morning. Kid approved with zero refusals over the past 5 years!
