HI :  I love sweet potatoes and yams.  They're natural, after all, and come out of the ground!  But the Thrive Diet seems to recommend eating these starch veggies in moderation.  Does anyone have any comments?  I've never noticed any weight gain or anything from eating sweet potatoes.  Sometimes they're my evening meal... :)

Eat what you feel is right to eat, enjoy it and be proud. Moderation seems like a good idea with everything including yams
