How did you discover Vega?
I first learned about Vega and Brendan when I was attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I work for Sequel Naturals as the Account Manager on Vancouver Island. I love, love, love this company and the products that we make.

I started out demoing while I was going to school and then was lucky enough to come on full time when I was finished. I am a certified Registered Holistic Nutrtitionist which really allows me to appreciate how amazing these products really are. They can help, and continue to help, so many people.

I've recently started practicing hot yoga at Moksha in Victoria. Vega Sport Optimizer saves my life every single time. I really notice that it helps me with mental focus and keeps me energized just enough to get through a 90 minute class.

I was up until 10pm last night filling my fridge with Asian coleslaw, Quinoa Tabouleh, and a vegan version of Waldorf salad. At the same time I was cooking black beans, soaking almonds, and making… Continue
