I've decided to join the Vega community because I wanted to know more about the products and how others are utilizing them. I'm fairly new as a Vega user, my first purchase were the pre-Workout packets; they aren't the best tasting item but they do work, I used the pre-workout packets to help with my concentration during my classes (I'm a university student). Although I didn't like the taste, I continued to use it until summer 2012. I've picked it up again, I'm using the pre-workouts again but this time to help with my energy levels while I re-start working on my endurance and weight loss. I've gained a lot of weight over the last year and I need help motivating myself to move. The Vega pre-workout does wonders for both concentration and energy levels.
I've decided to also make this blog to be able show my progress.
at the moment, I'm 180 and 5'2. Waist 33 Bust 38. I can currently run 2 minutes with out over exerting myself and I can press 160 pounds.
My goal is to be weight 130-140 pds, Waist 29-30 Bust 36, Run 10-15 minutes without overexerting myself and continue to press 160 pounds.
I currently go to the gym 4 days a week for 1 hour and mainly focus on cardio. I've just begun and I can't wait to start feeling better.
