Now you can cross-train with yoga anywhere any time on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. Yoga for Runners App was created for runners by a runner and yoga instructor. This is my third yoga App and I am thrilled that VEGA accepted to share some smoothie and home made energy bar recipes for the APP.

It sounds like a great idea you have, i am a runner/martial artist and love music etc. to workout with keep up the good work.
