I love hip openers! I do hot yoga and this is a good to add to my routine. I work out with weights and dance samba, but yoga always makes for taller.

Just what I needed. My lower back and hips have been killing me for over a month now. I hope this helps with the right in particular as I can't even sit without me moving my weight around to get it off the right side. Thank you for this :)

Great article! I am a beginner in yoga and one of my weakest areas is my hips. Now I see why we do so many of thses same poses! :)

Thank you so much for posting this! I have been looking for stretches to help improve flexibility with my hips. I have recently started studying ballet and any improvement i can make with my flexibility would help me tremendously. thanks!
